The Diocese of Sioux City has 20 elementary schools and 8 high schools, which include 8 K-12 systems.  All 8 of the K-12 systems and a few of the elementary schools have development directors.  There are 29 principals and 2 head teachers.  The four larger systems have presidents leading the administrative teams, which include principals, business managers, marketing directors and curriculum coordinators.  The total number of full and part time faculty is 552 with a total student population of 6,345. 

Catholic Schools are located in:  Algona, Alton, Bancroft, Boone, Carroll, Danbury, Denison, Emmetsburg, Fort Dodge, Granville, Hospers, Humboldt, Le Mars, Pocahontas, Remsen, Sheldon, Sioux City, Spencer, Storm Lake and West Bend.  These schools impact on the ministry of education in approximately ½ of the parishes in the Diocese of Sioux City.
