“It is finished!”  Not only are these the last words of Christ before he died on the Cross, but they are also true in regards to the NEW Diocesan Youth Ministry Handbook.  However, just as Jesus continues to live after saying this, so will this handbook.  As policies, procedures, and methods evolve in youth ministry, replacement pages will be sent to you directly.  Because the handbook is in a binder, this will hopefully help the change of pages as necessary.
